Mully Children’s Family karate team scooped all the trophies in a recent tournament held on the 26th of June this year in Nairobi. The tournament involved a number of major teams from different parts of the country.
Mully children’s Family was represented by the karate team who have been trained and have become competent in the game over the years. The team consists of young talented boys and girls who have represented the home and the country in various tournaments.
The tournament had various categories ranging from six to seventeen years of age. MCF team managed to scoop a total of twenty three medals as well as one medal presented to Paul Kimani for emerging the best coach. This brought a total of twenty four medals for the Mully Children’s Family.
Paul Kimani has been the coach of the MCF karate team over the years and has equipped the team with cutting edge skills which have enabled the team to triumph over their peers in major competitions. Paul has been trained in South Africa where he is among six others to have been trained from Kenya. He has proved to be a coach of high caliber above others in Kenya and in the East African region.
MCF karate team has won dozens of medals in competitions held within Kenya and in the East African region in all categories. Currently the team is the defending karate champions in East and Central Africa. They have visited and performed in other countries including the USA and Canada.
The team is set to participate in major upcoming events within the country and beyond and continues to practice enthusiastically for the same. MCF is proud of the team and looks forward to more victory in major competitions.
