The cycle in MCF mission to transform lives of vulnerable children begins from outreach and rescue processes. MCF identifies, rescues and admits children in both residential rehabilitation centres and community based projects to access both basic and comprehensive services. Children are identified for rescue through street outreach, emergency referrals from; government of Kenya Social Service Departments, Law Enforcers, Courts, churches, other organizations and members of the public. Rehabilitation services are delivered through feeding, accommodation and clothing, Spiritual guidance and nourishment, health care services, among other things. Formal, Informal and life skills education is provided to enhance future reintegration of children in society.
