Many children have rediscovered their potentials through MCF through a range of sporting activities provided including ballgames, athletics, martial arts (Karate/Kung Fu), drama & theatre arts, acrobats, dances, Music/singing. The MCF Karate club currently holds the coveted East and Central Africa Championship Trophy for cadets and four of MCF children were selected to represent Kenya in African championships in Algeria in August 2009.
