    June 23 2010

    Mully Children’s Family held a marathon race on the 23rd of June involving MCF beneficiaries, staff as well as visiting friends from Canada. The MCF Fraternity, regardless of age, gender and color joined together to raise awareness about the upcoming Mully University to be set up at MCF Yatta. This marathon was in preparation to the Mully Marathon that will take place in June 2011.

  • Two MCF Beneficiaries Graduate From The University

    June 18 2010

    Jackson Kimende Kariuki and Peter Alimon Lokolonyoi graduated from the African Nazarene University on the Friday, 18th of June this year with honors degrees.
    Jackson and Peter have both gone through Mully Children’s Family since they were rescued at a very young age. They went through MCF primary and secondary schools performing excellently where they attained university entry grades. They joined the African Nazarene University in 2006 and proceeded on well till their graduation.

  • MCF Yatta Holds The Sixth Graduation

    June 17 2010

    Mully Children’s Family, Yatta vocational training centre held the sixth graduation Ceremony on the 17th of June this year. The event saw 46 girls and 13 boys graduate in different trades including hair dressing, tailoring, dress making, carpentry, masonry, welding, cookery, missiology, entrepreneurship and home economics among others.

    It was on the 16th of June, the day set to celebrate the African child. Yatta district held these celebrations at the Kithimani stadium where scores of children from different primary and secondary schools, teachers, parents, government and security officials thronged the place to witness this auspicious occasion.

    “I declare Fredrick and Esther, husband and wife.” Rev. Syuma Musyoka said as he officiated the wedding between Fredrick Gwayumba and Esther Nzeko on the 5th of June, 2010 at MCF Ndalani Home Chapel.  It was all glamour and glow as the home was galore with witnesses who came to witness the auspicious occasion. On this day, MCF joined the world in celebrating the world environmental day as well as the memorable occasion that illuminates victory and the transformation that the two have undergone in their lives.

  • MCF Crowned

    June 14 2010

    Mully Children’s Family has been awarded for excellent performance in last year’s national examinations. During last year’s Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), MCF school exhibited excellence in the overall performance in the district and in individual subjects.
