About Mully Children's Family

Founder

As the first born in poverty stricken family of nine children, Charles Mulli grew up experiencing the worst form of poverty and suffering. In his formative age, he survived by begging. Due to circumstances beyond his control, and the experiences that life dealt him, he grew up with a lot of bitterness in his heart. But one thing was sure in his heart, “the courage of conviction”. He worked, exercising diligence, honesty and savings of the little income that came his way.

Through hard work and God’s immense favor, Mulli rose to be a very wealthy man having everything money could buy. He owned a fleet of public service buses, a real estate and security company, a family home, and acres of land; literally everything one could wish for. Then one day he experienced an encounter with God which changed the course of his life forever. Mulli re-dedicated his life to God and learned to forgive his parents.  On one special day, he had an unfortunate encounter with street children in 1986. A gang of them organized the theft of his new vehicle. This turned his life around. And one day he simply gave it all away! After three years of being haunted by the theft of his vehicle, fighting against God’s calling and running away from His voice which was calling him to forgive and surrender all his wealth to assisting the street children, he finally surrendered in defeat saying, “Lord, now I am ready.” With a blend of compassion, forgiveness and a mission of hope he began to usher the street children into his house one by one.

Daddy Mulli with MCF KidsThis was the birth of MCF Ministries. Mulli shared his new calling with his family who agreed to support him in Prayer and practice. He embarked on selling all his property inclusive of his buses, shops and other business and channeled all his resources into caring for the street children, orphaned, abandoned and neglected. From that year, November 1989, there have been no regrets or looking back.
